Rebirths don’t happen every day. This work meets you at significant life-changing moments when you can feel the narrative arc of your life bending itself into a new direction. This works asks for generous time and care and precious attention. From both of us.
This is why I offer a spacious free discovery call for us to get to know each other. If we both feel good about moving forward, we can then agree on a multiple-session format that feels good to both of us. I do not offer single sessions.
Below are two options of what our work together could look like:
The Rebirth Trinity
We meet for three (or a multiple of three) sessions to create generous support around the Threshold Moment you are moving through. Sessions are body-based and can involve any of the modalities listed on the homepage. Sessions are 90-minutes and will be structured into:
(1) The Beginning: getting to know you and what your past holds
(2) The Now: taking an honest look at where you are right now, discomfort, confusion, overwhelm and all.
(3) The Future: getting clear and building enthusiasm for the life you desire to live.
Pricing: €444 per 3 sessions. Custom pricing available on request.
The Companionship Container
This is where the real work gets done and where we can create some serious fun and magic together. Over the course of a 3-month (or more) container we dive deep into your journey and I walk closely alongside you as you create the clarity and confidence to move through your Threshold Moment with courage and a smile on your face.
This container includes:
- weekly check-ins (45 minutes)
- bi-weekly somatic deep dives (90+ minutes)
- daily voicenote support
We end the container with a beautifully designed Closing Ritual that can be professionally photographed as a way to commemorate this pivotal time of your life.
